- 01Wipe both vial septums with a 70% isopropyl alcohol prep pad and let them dry.
- 02Draw an equal volume of air into a sterile syringe and inject it into the bacteriostatic water vial to equalise pressure, then draw your diluent.
- 03Inject the water slowly down the interior glass wall of the peptide vial at roughly 45 degrees, never straight onto the powder cake.
- 04Roll or swirl the vial gently between your palms until the solution is completely clear. Do not shake.
- 05Write the date on the label and refrigerate the reconstituted peptide at 2 °C to 8 °C.
